At Rebel Jewelry, we take pride in creating unique and custom-made pieces. As each item is crafted to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we're here to address any concerns or issues you may have.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event of receiving a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@itsrebeljewelry.com, providing details and images. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@itsrebeljewelry.com.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
