Please note that since all our items are handmade, slight variations in weight and dimensions may occur, adding to the uniqueness and charm of each individual piece.

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production as our pieces are made-to-order.

Pieces in stock will be shipped within 2 or 3 business days soonest the order is placed.

Once the product is shipped, we are not responsible for inaccurate shipping information, custom fees, or any transit or delivery delay.

As our pieces are made to order, we are not able to accept any cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified promptly, and any payments received will be fully refunded.
