Born in Texas, Phoebe was surrendered to a to a shelter at about 9 months old, and subsequently adopted by Rae’s mom, who had just lost her beloved blue Pitbull during Covid lockdown. But it only took a day or so for Rae and her mom to realize something was funny about Phoebe. Rae’s mom took Phoebe to the vet, where an X-Ray showed she was pregnant with six puppies! Introducing Rae x Rebels new charms, Phoebe, and her puppy, Clementine.
