All our pieces are made of 18k solid gold.
We use diamonds and gemstones that are conflict-free and ethically sourced.
Production
Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for production, most of our pieces are made-to-order.
Pieces in stock will be shipped within 2 or 3 business days soonest the order is placed.
Shipping
Once the product is shipped, we are not responsible for inaccurate shipping information, custom fees, or any transit or delivery delay.
Cancellation
As our pieces are made to order, we are not able to accept cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified promptly, and any payments received will be fully refunded.
